The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed.
If your return is approved, you will get a store credit to use in our website. The codes to use the store credit will be sent to your e-mail within 10 days after we receive the item and it will be valid for 6 months.
Any change depends on the availability of the product.
Remember that items such as hats, scarfs, promotional, sale and discounted items, and customized items cannot be returned.
You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products.
The costs of shipping and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
