Orders
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order; this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order will be perfected when we ship the merchandise, at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been shipped.
Availability of Products
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will inform you by email about the cancellation of the order, and ATHUAH will reimburse you.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. The prices do not include taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping charges, taxes and international orders
You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Website. The applicable sales taxes amount and the shipping charges are specified on the total amount due. For the countries where taxes and customs charges cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery.
Shipments and Delivery
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. SVT will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.
Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimated and are to be used only as a guide. Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that Athuah does not ship to PO Boxes.
